What is the difference between individual product purchase and monthly subscription package? Our individual product purchase allows you to pick and choose your desired product, just like in any other e-commerce site. Our subscription package allows you to get one (or two or three) of our products every month!  This is an absolutely wonderful monthly little treat for yourself! By purchasing a subscription package, you would be able to save up to 40% on our best Korean color lipsticks and our other lip perfectors!   1. How can I make a purchase?
  1. Go to colormehappycosmetics.com and click on Buy Lip Product tab to view our range of lip products.
  2. Click on the lipstick line and colour of lip product you prefer – Boldlicious HD lipstick in Deep Choco or Xprecision Lips in Coral Magic. Add items in your cart, click on “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to purchase.
  1. Go to colormehappycosmetics.com and click on Buy/Subscribe
  2. Click on the subscription package you prefer – Happy package (1 product a month),  Very Happy package (2 products a month), or Perfect Bliss package (3 products a month).    Add items in your cart, click on “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to purchase.   Note that you can only choose one subscription package per transaction.
  1. How long does it take to confirm my order?
Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed.  This normally takes within 1-2 days.   Please check your email for the Order Confirmation.
  1. Why does my Order Status show “payment pending”? Should I re-create a new order?
Most payments are processed immediately. Once the order has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, please contact us at admin@colourmehappycosmetics.com.  Please do not re-create your order to prevent duplication.
  1. Can I cancel my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?
For Individual Lip Purchases Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once it is paid. We receive a lot of orders and we are unable to go through them individually as this will cause delays to all other orders. Please review your items before completing your orders. Only items showing in your Order Confirmation will be shipped. For Subscription You can cancel your subscription anytime after you have paid for at least one month of products. (For those lucky enough to have availed of our FirstMonthFree promotion, this means you can cancel anytime after paying for the second month (as the first month is free).     (Unfortunately, we cannot make any cancellations before this).  Just go to www.colormehappycosmetics.com.  Then go to My Accounts and login.  From there,  you will be guided on how to make the changes you want.  If you get lost,  no problem!  Just email us and we will help you through it. Your cancellation will take effect for your next month's order. For the current month, if your credit card has been billed, pls expect one final delivery. We do not provide refunds, so enjoy your last one!

For Individual purchases: We are committed to delivering your order within 7 days depending on the postal services and holidays. For Subscription: If you placed your subscription within the first half of the month,  you will get your monthly box by the 3rd week of every month.  If you placed your subscription within the second half of the month,  you will get your monthly box within the first week of the following month.
  1. How does my order get delivered to me?  Do I have to be at home to receive it?
Your order will be sent by SingPost.  And no,  you don’t need to be at home to receive it.  It will be dropped into your mailbox.   What could be simpler than that!
  1. Can I collect my order directly from your warehouse?
We believe in delivering your very own box of happiness to you, so unfortunately, we do not offer self-collection
  1. What should I do if my order has not arrived?
Please email us admin@colourmehappycosmetics.com and we will get you in touch with our partner courier for you to get the product as soon as possible.
  1. I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Please email us at admin@colourmehappycosmetics.com immediately so we are able to make the amendment before the package is delivered. In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, ColorMeHappy will not be liable for any replacement or refund. The courier will charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong/invalid address.


  1. What  do I do if I receive a defective item? Do I get a replacement?
Please contact us immediately at admin@colourmehappycosmetics.com with your name, email address, delivery address and details of exact date you received the faulty item and an image of the faulty item received. Please do not discard the item as we will need it for our own quality checks. If our quality checks determine that the cause of the defect is due to ColorMeHappy’s manufacturing or shipping delivery process, we will be happy to replace it with another product.   Note that we will not provide a replacement product if:  the defective product is not available for our quality check, or if the cause of the defect is not due to ColorMeHappy’s manufacturing or shipping/delivery process.
  1. What do I do if I don’t like the product?  Can I return it and get a replacement?
Unfortunately,  we do not accept returns, nor give a replacement for products that are not defective.  However, we will happily talk with you and can give you suggestions on the best ways to use the product that we have sent you.  It is always great to try on new and different looks and colours for our cosmetics, it’s part of the fun.
  1. What do I do if I have an allergic reaction?
At www.colormehappycosmetics.com, we specially check our products to ensure we meet our quality standards.  The ingredients of the product are listed on the product page of our website and also on our box to help you identify any sensitivities with certain ingredients. Different skin types and skin conditions may react differently to our products and brands. It is always best to know and understand how your skin reacts to different products and ingredients. If you experienced an allergic reaction, please send a detailed description of what occurred along with the pictures to admin@colourmehappycosmetics.com. We will help find an appropriate solution. Please note that issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt of item. In certain instances, a medical certificate may be requested to identify if it is the product that caused the allergic reactions.
  1. Can I test the products before buying them online?
As we are an online store, we do not have an option to test or see the products before purchasing them. However, we do have a dedicated team of beauty experts that are ready to answer all your beauty questions.


  1. Will my personal information be shared with third parties?
Colormehappycosmetics.com prides itself on providing a safe and secure shopping experience. All information is kept private and confidential. We do not share or sell your personal details with third parties unless it is as part of the core business and support work of ColorMeHappy cosmetics.
  1. I am having problems logging into my account
If you receive a message stating that your email address/password is not recognised - please follow the steps below:
  1. Please clear your cache and browser history. Close and open a new browser.
  2. Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.
  3. If you have forgotten the email address you used for your account,  please click on ‘Forgot  your email account/ account name’ or send us an email and we will get back to you.
  4. If you are unable to recall your password, click on “forgot your password?” link on the page. You will be prompted to enter your email address and a link will be sent to you to create a new password for your account.
If you enter your password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked for 30 minutes. You will need to close and open a new browser after 30 minutes to re-sign in. If you continue to experience problems, please email admin@colourmehappycosmetics with the details and screenshots of the error.
  1. How do I tell you if I am changing my delivery address?
That is easy!  Just go to www.colormehappycosmetics.com, and login to ‘My Accounts’.   From here, you will be guided on how to edit your delivery details.   Note that it may take us up to a week to process your change in address.  If you are changing your address in less than a week,  email us at admin@colourmehappycosmetics.com so we can get it fixed for you.

Unfortunately, we do not give free product samples.
